I have one, but is it worth using? It’s been assembled correctly and works just great.
How many calories does it actually burn, though?

so i’ve been trying to do at least 30 minutes of cardio every day..so far i have switched between running/jogging and rollerblading
my question is – should i be riding a bike? i have just never felt like that i very hard (i have a cruiser) and i just wanna know i should just stick to what i already do or should i ride my bike? and for how long would be effective enough to help lose weight??
Don’t allow your body to get used to a routine!! Switch it up a little, you get more results when your body isn’t say "comfortable". Your body is smart and adapts to change very easily, once it adapts to a routine, the progression of your results will slow down.
As far as the bike goes, it can be very rewarding, but it depends on the places where you are riding. Inclined riding can be great cardio!!
I gained 40lbs freshmen year of college and also got anemia and insomnia. I’m 18 and i weigh 167.5 and i’m 5′5. I need to know if i’m doing the right stuff and if you have any suggestions please add. I am also considering doing weight watchers or the atkins diet.
I plan to go on the treadmill everyday and do 4 miles in an hour. I also have a Cardio Cruiser which i would use for 30 mins. and I’m also going to do 100 crunches in the morning.
I mainly need to work on my stomach and thighs cause they are HUGE so if you have any other things on how to make them smaller please tell me!
I eat pretty healthy the only problem is that I tend to snack alot and especially since i’m at home now for the summer I do it more often. I also stopped drinking sugary drinks this past week and now I only drink water.
Atkins or South Beach Living, phase 2 of either, are very good lifestyle food plans. You can modify the suggested menus to suit yourself and your habits.
Crunches don’t do much for anyone!! The walking on the treadmill will do more for you than anything else.
Now for your "snacking" pleasure!! I like baby spinach leaves for snack biting!! They don’t add any inches or poundage, if you bite too many of them they bite back. Self limiting!!
I like to eat 6 very small meals or spread the food out over a whole day. I try hard to keep the grams of carb to 100!! This means very little bread or soft sweet fruits.
Lots of girls gain a ton when they go to college. I did it too!! and yep!! it is hard to get back off, but can be done.
When going places this summer, ride your bike instead of taking the car. one thing, fuel is too expensive, bike is cheaper. But it is also very very good exercise for your middle and thighs!!!
Both my daughters and their children are riding bikes this summer. All the girls need to tone up their middles and thighs. You can use a backpack to carry whatever you need to carry, like your laptop to the Hardback Cafe! But don’t give in and have the Frappes!! Have regular coffee or tea or just get a bottle of water.
Hi everyone. I weigh about 178lbs and I’m 5′3. I only drink water, eat about 1200 – 1500 calories a day. I also walk 30 mins a day and do the Cardio Cruiser for 1 hour in the morning and 1 hour in the evening. I also cut out all junk food and high in fat foods and now snack on fruits( I hate vegs). Is there anything else that I can do? Thanks!
Just to let you guys know I gained the weight by having 3 beautiful children in a 5 year span. I use to weigh 148 lbs. ahhh the good old days!
Well you sound like you have a good regimen. Just stick to it, and in a few weeks, you will see some major changes!
Good luck!
I’d like to purchase an exercise machine for the purpose of toning and firming up the muscles in my thighs and stomach (tummy) specifically. Im considering the Cardio Cruiser, ab king pro and bun and thigh roller. Can anyone advise as to which is the best machine or which combination of machines will best suit my purpose?
I have the gazelle & bun and thigh roller. If you do 15 minutes a day on both you will like what you see. I am up to 30 minutes on the gazelle twice a day and 2- 10 minute sets with the roller & have already dropped 2 dress sizes
